After a team lunch today, a suggestion came up to walk over to Amoy Street Food Centre to get dessert at this coconut ice cream stall (7 Maxwell Road #02-104). Somehow I must have missed these on previous runs to Thailand, as this is my first time seeing such a nifty thing. Unfortunately, the ice cream itself wasn't as rich and coconut-y as I would have liked (I actually preferred the accompanying cup of coconut water instead), but I'm still glad that we came here, or else I never would have even known that it existed.
