So another local ramen shop has opened up (470 North Bridge Road #03-19). My favorite thing was the fried enoki mushrooms, a fun twist that I'm surprised I haven't seen others try before. The noodles weren't overcooked like I thought they would be either. But I really didn't like the goopy and forgettable broth. And the ventilation wasn't very good, making it hot and stuffy, not to mention giving your clothes a greasy aroma to go back to the office with.
