db Bistro Moderne at Marina Bay Sands
I was contemplating a couple of venues for lunch at Marina Bay Sands today, and eventually landed here (2 Bayfront Avenue #B1-48, 6688-8525), in part since it was, well, from Daniel Boulud after all. I wanted something a bit more traditional though, so I skipped right past that famous foie gras burger and landed on this steak tartare. Admittedly, I wasn't a big fan of the tangy seasoning (I prefer the one from L'Angelus by far), but nonetheless, the ingredients and service were solid. I think I also got my food in less than ten minutes, which was perfect for the lunch time rush.
