Ginjiro Ramen at Ramen Kagetsu Arashi
Seriously, these guys have to be one of the most underrated ramen shops in Singapore. Every time I've passed by, I hardly see any customers in there, and yet in my opinion, these guys have some of the best broth in town. Sure, some of the bowls can be a tad on the garlicky side, but this ginjiro special that they are running right now was smoky instead thanks to the bonito blended in, all while being rich, and further complemented with that thin but deliciously fatty pork to boot.
It wasn't completely free of dragon breath though; they added raw white onions into the bowl, which meant that I would never be able to eat it for a weekday lunch, assuming that one needs to still interact with other human beings by opening one's mouth and talking to them. Still, it gave the bowl a mildly sweet taste as well as a pleasantly crunchy texture. Maybe that's why this place is so devoid of customers; as good as it is, people can't eat there if they are going to be interacting with other people afterwards.

Agree. Ramen Kagetsu Arashi is not bad at all.
And you do not have to squeeze into a bathroom size shop like at Tonkotsu Kong.
