After all that banter about how United keeps providing omelettes for breakfast, it was interesting to see that the offer today (aside from fruit) was quiche lorraine. Ironically, I prefer omelettes to quiche, but it was good to see a change nonetheless (and the buttery aroma from the Hollandaise sure helped). Now, if only we can get some of those shrimp and grits offered in flight. Or at least some porridge or something.
