On the surface, this chain of food court stalls looks like it's from China. But I think it's local, from what I can tell. Anyway, they serve rice noodles in a variety of broths along with your selection of protein. I went for their signature broth above, which was decently savory and rounded. Perhaps more interesting were the rice noodles, which included some black and corn varieties. They didn't really taste nor feel different, and one doesn't get to choose the colors either as they just use a mixed default. But at least it was a break from the usual white version.
