I didn't realize it until now, but this is a small chain of
Hokkien mee stalls. And my first bite was awesome, as it was both smoky and savory, while the chili sauce was spicy and salty. They tossed the noodles in some kind of an egg and minced meat mixture that gave it a nice varied texture. Interestingly, they offer a cheaper
kosong option, but next time I'm going for a medium or large because it was that good. Yes, was better than
Prawnography.
