If you're wondering what that is above, it's basically just stir-fried bean sprouts, onions, chives, and eggs. I'll be honest with you in that it was pretty boring, but it is basically the most guilt-free thing on the menu at
Gyoza no Ohsho, which means that I will likely get it again, especially since I'm not a big fan of the ramen here, and the
chahan has gotten too meaty. I love how fast they are with everything here either way; even at full capacity, the food came out with blazing speed, particularly the gyoza, which at most shops would otherwise be one of the slowest things given the time required.
