I made it to Chun Noodle Bar's original hawker stall today, where the prices were lower but served without things like salmon roe (7 Maxwell Road #02-114). The fried wantons were light and crispy, while the super savory soup was my favorite part of this. But the noodles were softer and sweeter than I'd like.
