I am not sure of the background of this local Spanish chain, but it served the need of a fast meal between meetings today. The pillowy and delicate yellow buns were probably the best part of the classic burger above. The meat was tender but not particularly fatty nor savory, and the entire thing came out a little dry. But I probably also should have used the mayonnaise squeeze bottle that I saw on the counter too.
