This was not an intended food visit, but instead just a random restaurant at a tourist center on the way to the DMZ. But the signage suggested that the Jangdan soybeans from the surrounding Paju area carried a special designation, so we got this beef and tofu
hot pot, which was spicier than it looked. And sure, I liked the coarse texture and taste of of the tofu too, even if the beef was a bit lean. It was a nice way to warm up this morning either way.
