Some Kind of Rolls at a Bia Hơi in Hanoi

Rolls

I have no idea what these were called, and for that matter, I'm not even entirely sure what was in them. I think there were some strips of dried cuttlefish in there, and they seemed to be wrapped in rice paper, but they were definitely not the usual reconstituted skins, so it must have been something else.

Anyway, it was just something that we encountered while guzzling some watery yet slightly malty VND13k (US$0.55) beers on a street corner of the Old Quarter. The bia hơi itself also had some food, including a coarse water spinach stir fried in garlic. But these rolls were from some random person walking by.
