I know that I already consumed two lunches already, but there was a taco truck at the Chevron station across from PSJ, and I figured that I'd grab a couple of tacos for dessert (1111 North Capitol Avenue). Unfortunately, tripas, lengua, and cabeza were not available, so I settled for birria, which was too meaty in retrospect. It was nice to have a grilled jalapeno as well as homemade tortillas, although I wish that they had double-plied them. I think I'll go elsewhere next time I'm in the neighborhood, especially given the many other taco places around.
