As much as I love the
classic angus burger from these guys, I've eaten their fish burger even more, as they really do a good job of it. Part of it is the piping hot fresh fish enveloped in a delicately crispy batter, reminiscent of a
proper fish taco from Baja. But more importantly, it all comes together wonderfully with beautiful fresh veggies, a buttery bun, and my favorite thing of it all:
dill. Really, all fish burgers should aspire to be this good.
