A private dining chef opened up a restaurant out in Joo Chiat a couple of years ago, and fortunately it's a bit easier to get a table these days (346 Joo Chiat Road). The degustation was good, particularly the deliciously firm pasta as well as the light yet chewy pizza dough topped with lovely things like sardines. The service was attentive and the venue was quaint. I would love to go back.
