Here's the grilled rockfish from California Fish Grill that I talked about
last time. Its firm and smoky flesh combined with all of those veggies made for a very satisfying yet healthy meal. Those shrimp skewers in the upper right were pretty darned good too, being similarly firm and smoky, and in this case, laced with rich butter (side note: I was happy with their potato-ey fries, as well as the red mango chili tepache). Next time I should try their giant shrimp, even if it looked like they were in the shell.
