This Italian place is pretty much what you'd expect of a slightly upscale riverside hotel (1 Nanson Road, 6826-5040): decorated nicely enough to be suitable for a business lunch, but also "safe" enough from a menu perspective that there wasn't much that I could get excited about. That pasta above was a good example, as it sounded great on paper with its guanciale, roasted onions, and homemade maccheroncini. It ate it all, but I won't miss it either. At least the service was decent, as were the cocktails.
