I was getting a bit worried about
the Tipo folks after that last experience, as that garlic puree left a pretty big scar in my head. Nonetheless, a small 100g plate of pasta sounded pretty good tonight, and I figured that I still had yet to try their alfredo sauce, so I headed in for a quick plate. I'm not sure how authentic it was, but I liked the sauce and that chewy
campanelle enough that I was scraping the plate with a spoon in the end. Not a bad deal for just S$9.90 (US$7.30). Too bad they don't serve alcohol here though.
