Cool, there is another hawker stall doing Rösti now (531A Upper Cross Street #02-09). And fortunately, they don't burn their potatoes here. Granted, I would've preferred that this were just a little less moist, but it was easy to wolf down thanks to all of the butter and nicely runny egg on top. Next time I'll be sure to ask them for a chicken chop on the side.
