
I didn't realize this until I looked it up, but Burger King uses Impossible for its vegetarian burger in the US, whereas Europe and now Asia get The Vegetarian Butcher by Unilever. And I didn't like this one bit. Not only was it drowning in ketchup, but when I made an effort to isolate the taste of the patty from everything else, the patty was not only spongy, but also slightly bitter. I prefer Impossible or even TiNDLE instead.
