Jtown Cafe at Midpoint Orchard in Singapore

Every time I see the name of this shop, I have to force my brain to think of Jakarta rather than Japan (220 Orchard Road #B1-03, 9230-5040). Yep, it serves Indonesian food, and this dish is the spiciest one on the menu, featuring a West Sumatran balado sauce from the town of Padang. It was pretty darned spicy: I only used a small portion of what they provided, and it still left a warm residual burn. To my surprise, the noodles were homemade, which provided for a nice texture. But I can't help but wonder what this would've tasted like had they used some instant Indomie.
