I don't go to
NamNam frequently enough to know how long the menu has been like this, but their
wagyu bowl is now offered this way, with the meat
served chilled on the side with truffle paste on top. It was better than I thought it would be...at least, if I ate the meat on its own, coupled with that generous bowl of herbs. The broth here is still
very boring though, and putting everything into the bowl was a waste. So next time I get this, I need to remember to eat it in deconstructed form. And yes, this cute "small" size is good enough.
