YAYOI has rolled out a new menu across the island, and one of the more interesting highlights is a
hobayaki section featuring a variety of land and sea-swelling proteins. It was a cool sight to see, but they oddly used
wasabi in their
miso, which was fun at first but got pretty annoying after a while. Moreover, the leaf basically started to burn and send smoke toward the other diners toward the end of it, which makes me wonder how long they will keep it on the menu. I don't think I'll order it again.
