I'm not sure how long
Keisuke has had this on his Tori King menu, but I came in to try it today out of curiosity, and was disappointed. To be clear (no pun intended), the broth and everything else inside the bowl were fine, but in my head I was thinking of his
shio ramen from a
decade ago, and this wasn't as aromatic as that. Or at least, it wasn't as aromatic as what I think I remembered from so long ago, although I have to admit that maybe my memory has been clouded by some of the more
contemporary broths that have popped up lately.
