I finally got the shrimp roll at
Luke's today. I didn't even realize until it came out that they were talking about little shrimp from
Québec rather than the big prawns that I had imagined being chopped up in here. Either way, they were deliciously delicate and briny, with a portion exceeding that of the pillowy buttered bun, making it the perfect little top-up that I needed this afternoon.
