I picked these up at a corner store, mainly because of what the packaging said: "Bikaneri famous hot-n-spicy extruded fried Indian snack" from Haldiram's. And hot and spicy it was indeed. The heat builds up after a few handfuls, making it both fun and addictive. I nearly could've finished the whole bag, but thankfully, I didn't.
Next time you're at Mustafa see if they have the Bikano Spicy Bhujia. Those are crisper/crunchier and have some good heat IMHO.
