Fried Kam Heong La La

JB Ah Meng is running a limited menu on GrabFood right now. Fortunately, their famous bee hoon was available. They also had clams, which in my haste, I had thought was going to be done in rice wine and garlic like I had from them previously. Instead, it was done in a Malaysian kam heong style with curry leaves and dried shrimp. I would've preferred the other version, but this was still salty, savory, and spicy enough to be fun to nibble on with some rice on a Sunday afternoon.
