COLLIN'S is a local rival of
Astons, with outlets spanning from hawker center stalls to Sizzler-like family restaurants. It's rather downscale, but their kitchen uses a
Mibrasa oven, and their signature chicken chop above is decently moist. That pasta behind it is a bit off-putting though, and I am a bit hesitant to try the other things on the menu. Note to self: ask for no dressing on the salad given that it's sweet.
