I'm not sure if this is a recent addition, or if I have just overlooked it all this while, but 85 Redhill has a saury fishball option at a one dollar premium. And it's worth it for that additional bit of grittiness and stankiness. It's not quite as upscale as GO Noodle House, but at just S$5 (US$3.70) for that above, I was happy.
