Thomas Keller alumnus has opened an outlet of his bakery from Bali in Singapore, just a few doors down from
Kheng Nam Lee (721 Havelock Road, 9839-0408). The
avocado toast would've been better off without that chili sauce, but the bread is on point: I couldn't stop eating it after I brought a loaf home. These guys are now my preferred bread source, especially since both Woodlands Sourdough and
otiveiL have shut down.
