The T-Bone Steak from Etna Italian Restaurant

This isn't our first time eating the bistecca alla fiorentina here (49 Duxton Road, 6220-5513). It's fun to eat, even if my preferred lunchtime communal steak place would still be at Bar-Roque down the street. Anyway, I need to remember next time that we're here that this place is actually more focused on Sicilian food instead, and in fact, they are the guys behind iO Italian Osteria wayyy up at Hillview Rise.
