The thought of a minced pork katsu sounded pretty good at Saboten today. I was a bit surprised to find then that it was rather coarsely chopped instead of minced. Sure, it was still edible, but had I known that this would be chopped rather than minced, I would've just ordered their usual fatty loin instead.
