Lobster Noodles at a Lunch Banquest in Chao'an, China

Lobster

I'm not sure if this was from local waters or not, but this clawless lobster was served as part of our lunch banquet out here today, along with things like a nice abalone and broccoli dish. The lobster meat was tender and sweet, but what was particularly tasty was the bed of flat noodles underneath, all coated in a delicious oil. There's just something about shellfish on noodles that makes it wonderful, eh?
