An Oulet of Ole-Ole Bali in Kuala Lumpur

Sate Lilit

The team picked an outlet of this Balinese chain for dinner tonight. I got a bit worried about whether it was too commercialized or not, but I was rather happy with it in the end. We got a variety of things including grilled, roasted, and fried chicken, and they were rather fragrant at that. Perhaps more importantly, I couldn't stop eating the sambal, one of which was an earthy chunky one featuring onions while another red one was smooth and well-rounded. There was no babi guling on the menu though.
