I'm not even sure if this is the way this is supposed to be assembled. It was a self-service nasi lemak stall, but somehow the thought of beehoon sounded better than rice this morning, so I used that as my central carb for breakfast this morning. Anyway, this was just a random corner shop on Jalan Batu Ferringhi just south of the PARKROYAL Penang Resort. Nothing to go out of one's way for, but they had roti canai and a drinks stall available too.
