That photo makes that bowl look better than it tasted. What you don't see is that the egg was refrigerator-cold, and the broth wasn't anything special either. Well, I'll admit that I ultimately ate it all, including the skinny noodles. Considering that it was from a
shop specializing in gyukatsu and
kushikatsu (and not necessarily being good at those either), it was better than I thought it would be. It was just something that we got out of convenience, and it turned out to be kinda like (gasp)
Ajisen's tontoro ramen.
