Today's
meal on Shenzhen Airlines was the proverbial "chicken or fish?" I shrugged and impulsively went with fish, which didn't exactly look very good when I opened it. It didn't taste great either, but at least it was laced with a bit of Sichuan peppercorn that made it marginally edible, especially when complemented with some of
that Sichuan pickled kohlrabi too.
