When I passed by these guys at around 7 PM on a Saturday, the line was ridiculous (3C River Valley Road #01-07, 6255-2828). So I was happy to find that I could easily walk right in when coming here on a Wednesday night just before 10:30 PM. I wonder if the school holidays this week had something to do with this.
Either way, the "rich" version of the broth above was full of tasty headfat flavor. Yes, I liked it better than his crab version, although I'm still on the hunt for his now-defunct prawn-based one. I wonder if the thin version of his lobster broth gets close to it.
