I'm not sure if there is any relation to Michelin-starred Massimo Bottura, but apparently this place was started by a similarly-named family from Bologna (3 Temasek Avenue #02-472, 6238-7527). We came here because they were doing a degustation of six pastas plus a glass of wine for only S$18 ($13). Sounded like a steal!
The good thing was that the pasta was cooked nice and firm, and many of the items they brought out were pretty tasty, particularly the ones above. But we weren't wowed by the other items, and they were a bit understaffed too (that wine, BTW, was just a tasting pour). Our first choice still goes to 2it & drink instead.
