Every time I went to Zion Road hawker center in the past, this guy was closed (70 Zion Road #01-22). He was open tonight though, and I was surprised to find that the quality of his ingredients was better than I was expecting, as seen in the head-on prawns as well as thick cuts of fresh fish. His sauces were more tame than the guy at Siam Square, but I'd be willing to come back.
