So here was the
bánh mì from
Mộc Quán at UE Square. The bread was impressively crisp and airy, nearly being able to rival
Sandwich Saigon. But alas, there were way too many pickles in here, and not enough cilantro nor sliced chili peppers to give it a fun kick. Note to self: next time get the fried spring rolls as well as the
bánh xèo but pass on the
phở. The broth is just too sweet.
