Bowl #19 at House of Phở is growing on me, since it really is like Tung Kee's #2, except way more soupy. I actually tried asking if I could get it without soup and she threw me a long stare like I was crazy. Nonetheless, all of the lemongrass, cilantro, cucumber, etc. made this thing go down quickly. Maybe next time I'll try to ask them for *less* soup.
