The Ramen Dog from Keisuke Tokyo
It was bound to happen eventually. In a world where ramen burgers had emerged, it was inevitable that someone would create a ramen dog, and of all places, Keisuke at Suntec offered it (3 Temasek Boulevard #02-391, 6337-7919).
"Dog" is a bit misleading since there wasn't any sausage in there, but rather just bits of chashu. And there wasn't exactly much ramen in it either since those crispy strands were just garnishes, all doused in some kind of oil and sauce.
No, I won't get it again. But it was interesting to try. I just happened to be in the neighborhood in the need of a quick meal, and this was conveniently nearby.
