OK I think I'm a bit more confident now in knowing which of the four gyudon chains I like the least, and it's Sukiya. This breakfast set featured a cut of fish that was totally dried out - so much that I didn't even bother finishing the rest. Granted, the gyudon itself tasted fine, but we also left the place smelling like grease. Next time I think I'll try to stick to the other three shops if I have a choice.
