Tonight United was serving this saffron fettuccine, which frankly looked and tasted a lot better than I was expecting given previous
pasta experiences in midair. Granted, the sauce was a tad heavy on the garlic and the pasta was totally overcooked to the point where I would be hating it if it were served in a restaurant. But given that this was in-flight, I actually liked it a lot, especially thanks to that generous amount of spinach provided.
