There was a story in 8 Days the other day that mentioned that this place was run by the guys who own Ichiban-Tei, so I decided to come check it out for myself. Located in the basement (#B1-14, 6221-7781) of the Hong Leong Building (where the United Airlines office is), this is just a little counter for serving soba and udon. It was all very modest, with nothing outstanding about it, but nothing terribly wrong either. It's just a very basic noodle shop, that's all (not like Shimbashi Soba). The service was speedy though.
