It had been
a while since I'd been here (The Gallery Hotel, 76 Robertson Quay #01-11, 6733-8464, closed Wednesdays). It's still the same great Sapporo ramen, but today I noticed something that I hadn't noticed before: a 1 cm layer of oil floating on top of the
tokusen shyo-yu ramen. It's not that easy to see in the photo, and not necessarily healthy, but it sure is tasty!
