Breakfast off the streets of HK

Here is dim sum off the streets of HK. I had chong fun (made from rice) and shu mai, all for only HK$11 (US$1.40). The shu mai was tasty, but the chong fun was disappointingly bland, even with the sauce all over it. Maybe tomorrow I'll ask for whatever is in those brown slops of goop in the other bins.

This was just some random place outside of the Wan Chai MTR station (O'Brien at Johnston). I think I remember these types of street guys all over Wan Chai.
