Taipei's Black Knight Warrior at Marina Bay Sands Singapore

Beef

A place from Taipei called Hei Wushi has opened on the former grounds of Hangoga (2 Bayfront Avenue #B1-01B, 6688-7138). It's a hot pot place, but for lunch they had this beef noodle set, which wasn't the spicy red broth that I was hoping for (and the noodles were soft and boring too). Still, the beef was pretty tender and the broth was savory, and it turns out that there was a small condiment area for folks eating hot pot, making it a simple matter of just helping myself to some chili oil there. It wasn't mindblowing, but I am still kinda curious about their hot pot.
