Warisan Nasi Kukus Ayam Goreng Berempah in Malaysia
Once again I needed a quick meal before scrambling back upstairs to for back-to-back conference calls. So I came to an outlet of this chain, mainly because the mall directory said that their chicken recipe featuring 14 spices has been handed down over the years in Malaysia.
And it was surprisingly good. The skin was so light and crispy and yet deliciously laced with a touch of fat that I nearly ordered another one. There was a selection of different kinds of rice too, but that was just a distraction for me. Next time I'll come get just the chicken on its own.
